• Customer / You – any person using the website or placing an order.
• Products – PDR tools and accessories offered on the website.
• Order – a request to purchase Products submitted by you and accepted by us.

3. Eligibility

By placing an Order you confirm you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your country of residence.

4. Product information

We aim to display accurate product descriptions, pricing and images. Minor variations (e.g., finish, wood grain) may occur due to handcrafted production and screen differences.

5. Pricing & currency

• Prices are shown on the website and may be updated without prior notice.
• Shipping costs and any applicable taxes/duties are shown at checkout (where available) and/or may apply on import depending on your country.

6. Orders & acceptance

• Submitting an Order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse/cancel an Order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).
• After placing an Order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the Products.

7. Payment

Payments are processed via the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

• Processing time: order verification and packaging typically 1–5 business days.
• Shipping time: depends on destination and carrier (FedEx / DPD).
• Tracking is provided by email after dispatch (tracking number).

9. Customs, duties & taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes and fees may be charged by your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

10. Returns, refunds & cancellations

• Return eligibility may depend on product condition (unused, original packaging) and the reason for return.
• Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item / defective item).
• Custom / personalized items (if any) may be non-returnable unless defective.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us as soon as possible with photos/video. We will assess and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
